New Year's Resolutions?
I quite like the fact Quirkology did an experiment on 3000 people a couple years ago finding that 52% of participants were confident of success yet only 12% actually achieved their goal. They also found Men to be achieving their goal 22% more often when they made a SMART Target and Women succeeded 10% more when they made their goals public and got support from their friends.  Maybe a combination...
